Yes he did cloak way to soon, he'd have been shot in the head by 5 snipers at once, and if they somehow missed (which they wouldn't) they'd alert their team which disguise he had taken. So.. 3. When he looked at the disguise screen there was a box around the target disguise that he was looking at, I've never seen this before which means one of two things. A. He is using xbox. B. He certainly didn't start cloak at the very beginning too soon, it was too late if there were snipers, and he ended it too quickly. 3. When he switched weapons, it did not have the boxes on the right side of the screen. So he has fast weapon switching on (if he's playing on a PC at least, which is probably exactly the same as the XBOX). While leaving the battlements he cloaked far to late. If there had been snipers or any1 keeping an eye out for a spy he'd be finished. When you cloak and uncloak it takes about 2secs to complete the transition. Still he was far to late to enter his cloaking. Also, yes, he did leave it too quickly.
