The case was pressed before a jury, a conviction was handed down legally and validly. Libby perjured himself and obstructed a federal justice department investigation, and while he can appeal, he should not be pardoned. Period, end of story. Libby was guilty of four, yes four, felony counts of perjury and obstructing justice by a jury of his peers.
