jamezmon ::: Favorites 1) You aim for the closest standard of education throughout all schools, no matter where they are 2) You instigate 'life lessons', basically you don't just teach kids academic stuff - you teach them about parenting, family values etc., all designed and structured by wise, down to earth sensible people. What does nihilism teach us to be moral through? If you were an atheist who enjoyed killing, why should you (for example) abstain from killing homeless people if neither they nor anyone else would ever know? When they're upbringing /environment around them says it's okay. Bad parenting or non-existent parenting is the problem. And it's hard to rectify because if your parents were brought up badly it's passed on, just like religion. psusennes ::: Favorites I'm clearly not, and none of the three major boards for Psychology in Britain or American accept the IQ test as a valid display of intelligence either, besides which it's supposed to ignore 'acquired' education. America's education system is actually ridiculously enviable. Most obviously it's home to the best Universities in the world: 17 of the top 20.
