The show hasn't come on dvd, The company who has the rights to the show have done nothing to put it on dvd.

Pataki DID appear in the first season. His character Captain Barbara was dropped in the second season and replaced with Julie Masters - a female photographer who was Peter's rival

I never minded them changing Robbie Robertson essentially to a woman and replacing the actor as JJ, but it stll makes me mad that Michael Pataki didnt make it past the pilot to series in a starring role. :( The music, costume and climbing fx were much better in the regular series and thankfully! The scene where he first climbs around outside Aunt May's house is horrendously aweful. Made me laugh again though.
