NekaiiOnera ::: Favorites 2007-06-03 18:45:16 Sweeeeet! ^^ I've always wanted to get into electronic music, but all the funky lingo and knobs scares me ;> thx for clearing some of that stuff up, can't wait for the next part :D __________________________________________________
Dervi5h ::: Favorites 2007-06-04 03:26:38 Nice!! __________________________________________________
RamzGT ::: Favorites 2007-06-04 09:43:36 thats why I made this video... more on the way when I get internet back on my home computer :/ Thx for the comments! __________________________________________________
NoizeStudios ::: Favorites 2007-06-18 12:12:35 Its one thing to just twinge 'n' turn all off the buttons and another to actually know what you're doing. I think you explained it quite well. Im still in the process of learning the idea of waveforms and such so this helped me out! keep it up! __________________________________________________
RamzGT ::: Favorites 2007-06-18 14:10:19 No probalo dude! There's sure to be more in the future... Please feel free to ask questions - it helps me learn, since technically I'm still nowhere near knowing synthesis in-and-out. __________________________________________________
nickeax ::: Favorites 2007-09-18 23:22:03 Good information for beginners. It would have been useful to myself before I learnt as you have. :-) (Just a note on the Attack and Decay portions of the envelope. The 'Decay' is an amount of drop from the 'Attack'. It's to afford simulation of plucking where the initial sound peaks a little higher than the mean sound energy. Sustain holds the level of the Attack minus the Decay amount.) __________________________________________________
RamzGT ::: Favorites 2007-09-18 23:30:24 ah, thanks... its nice to actually hear the technical explanation for that rather than trying to figure it out by ear (which is why its taken me so long to figure all of this out!) __________________________________________________
Tiamatfk ::: Favorites 2007-10-13 17:18:07 Hi. I am very new to this entire site (just about 3 days). I started, mainly, b/c I'm learning to produce and a friend introduced me. I have to say that this video is one of the best I've seen so far. I have much respect for the time you've taken to do this. Thank you SO much!! Also, the informative 'comments' are a plus, thanks to EVERYONE that has given input!!!! Oh, and your song in the "Reason Live Trance Performance" video is F-N awewome!!!! __________________________________________________
RamzGT ::: Favorites 2007-10-13 22:17:23 Heh, thanks! Expect even better and broader things to come this winter now that R4 has come out. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or ideas for tutorials. Cheers! __________________________________________________ |
